Minimum Qualifications:

IFSAC Firefighter 2

NC/NR EMT-B

ICS 100/200/700/800

Preferred Qualifications:

NC Class B License (or equivalent)

Emergency Vehicle Driver

Driver Operator Pumps

Benefits:

Modified 24/48 Schedule (96 off every 3rd weekend)

Raise after 6 months

$200 Monthly single-dependent family insurance stipend

Supplied uniforms with $250 annual uniform allowance

Overtime starts at 40 hours

Scaled PTO system based on years of service

7 paid holidays

401k with 3% automatic 401k contribution with match up to 4%

Annual merit bonus (after first year of employment)

5% Degree bonus

Eligible for Engineer Promotion after 6 month probationary period

1500 calls per year in a rapidly growing community

Pay:

$49,920 Annually (after completion of 6 month probationary period)
